Management team

Kelway is led by a management team with a proven track record of success in IT solutions and services.

Phil Doye, CEO

Phil Doye founded Kelway in 1990 at the age of 22. Over the next few years he laid the foundations of today’s Kelway, a company 100% focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Today, through significant organic growth and a series of successful acquisitions, Kelway is on target for a turnover in excess of £350M in the current financial year and is approaching 1000 employees. It has 3,000+ clients, is building its managed services offering together with a full Cloud capability and is now rated as one of the leading IT services and solutions providers in the UK.

Doye is passionate about growth and leads a dynamic management team that are focused on driving the business towards the billion pound revenue barrier.

Dan Laws, Managing Director

Dan joined Kelway in 1999 and has held a number of management positions within the organisation. Among his broader responsibilities, he is currently responsible for the UK Sales & Marketing operation and the development of Kelway’s award-winning e-procurement solution, ServiceTrack.

Andy Eccles, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Andy Eccles joined Kelway as CTO in 2011 from ISC Computers plc, the company acquired by Kelway in December 2010. Eccles is responsible for defining, leading and implementing Kelway’s technology to align with the company’s strategic direction.

With over 15 years’ experience in a variety of IT technical implementation, design and architecture roles, including developing large-scale innovative infrastructure and virtualisation solutions, Eccles understands the importance of commercial awareness and the direct relationship between technology choices and the business enablement. As Enterprise Solutions Architect at ISC, he found business transformation projects particularly satisfying when business growth was enabled through technology.

Eccles has achieved vendor technical certification at the highest levels and been invited to participate in product development councils. An influential member of a number of vendor’s expert councils, he is a founding member of the steering committee for the UK Citrix User group.
