Kelway knows you care about how information about you is collected, used and shared on the web. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. We may update our policy from time to time and will indicate on the site when changes have been made.

The information we collect

Why we collect it
We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site and improve the site generally. Your details may also be used for our own administrative and marketing purposes. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties, except to our authorised agents for management and analysis purposes, or unless we are obliged to do so by law.

Accessing and updating your personal information

Where a link from the Kelway website leads the user to other websites, we emphasise that we have no control over these sites, their content or the way in which they use or collect personal data. We would advise you to check the privacy policy of the site in question.

Opting out of cookies
Cookies generated by us or our authorised agents are configured so they will recognise and respect the privacy settings that you set on your web browser, assuming that you are using Internet Explorer 6.

Internet Explorer 6.0 does this by comparing the cookie's machine-readable privacy policy, with the user's privacy settings. If the settings do not match or the cookie does not have a machine-readable privacy policy the cookie should be blocked or restricted by your computer. We have provided a facility allowing anyone to refuse the storage of or access to information created by the use of cookies. This facility is in addition to controls which may be available to you on your own computer equipment via your web browser or otherwise.
